CelluMash is a long-fiber cellulose product that can be used as a pressing aid for fruit purees with a weak structure.
The advantages of using CelluMash are:

• Increased efficiency due to better juice flow (self-dripping)
• Better drainage of the press because mucous substances bind to the fibers
• No additional disposal costs as CelluMash is 100% biodegradable and can be disposed of with pomace

Dosage:Depending on the quality of the pulp, the dose is 0.75 - 3 kg of CelluMash per 100 kg of crushed fruit, fruit pulp. CelluMash should be added to the batch immediately before pressing. Make sure CelluMash is evenly distributed throughout the fruit pulp.
