The KIESEL CIP station enables the cleaning of pipelines, tanks, pumps, filling machines, destemmers and conveyor belts without dismantling using several cleaning processes, thus fulfilling the hygiene requirements of food law.
We have designed modules especially for wineries, sparkling wine cellars and fruit juice production plants.
The KIESEL high-pressure cleaner with dirty water suction.
The KIESEL high-pressure cleaner with dirty water suction was developed especially for barrique barrels and can be connected to any high-pressure cleaning device.
Wooden barrels or containers can therefore be cleaned without chemical cleaning agents. It is also suitable for keg containers. The high-pressure cleaner generates a high pressure of up to 100 bar. The nozzles move in planetary orbits and clean all areas.
The device provides automatically controlled cleaning processes that can be documented.
The CIP station can be equipped with a KIESEL low-pressure washer. It can be used to wash tanks with a capacity of up to approx. 5000 liters. The process of recirculation of the working fluid can be carried out using any eccentric pump, a pump with a flexible rotor or a centrifugal pump with a pressure of up to 4 bar.
