BESCHREIBUNG

Vitamon® Combi - a combination of nutrients for safe fermentation. Products from the Vitamon® series support the dynamic fermentation activity of the yeast. They compensate for deficiencies in the musts and thus promote the metabolic exchange of the yeast and the associated aroma formation.

We recommend the yeast activator VitaDrive® F3 and the complete nutrients VitaFerm® Ultra F3 and Vitamon® CE to compensate for the lack of vitamins, micro- and macroelements. Mandatory for grapes affected by botrytis (vitamin B1 from the fruit is consumed by Botrytis cinerea). Permitted according to EU Commission Regulation No. 934/2019. The user must check compliance with national regulations. Laboratory tested for purity and quality.
