Grape destemmer model Delta Oscillys XM. Thanks to its well-thought-out, unique structure, the destemming process takes place without the use of a roller, beater or rotary basket, which may damage the grape berries. The device uses a wide swinging movement of one or two special cages to separate the grapes from the stalks. Centrifugal force separates the fruit from the stalk.
